About The Last Desert and Antarctica Ultramarathon

Journey to the edge of the world with The Last Desert and the Antarctica Ultramarathon. Competitors traverse up to 250 km / 155 miles across Antarctica’s vast white wilderness, often referred to as the "White Desert". The Last Desert and Antarctica Ultramarathon are held around the Antarctic Peninsula; run where explorers once ventured against a scenic backdrop that includes icebergs, mountains, research bases, seals, birds and penguins.
